Most hardgainers don’t find a good program and stop working out because they don’t see any noticeable results from lifting weights. This isn’t because they can’t gain weight, they’re simply going about it the wrong way.
Hardgainers need a routine that will allow their muscles to fully heal between workouts. They are hardgainers because these muscles take longer to heal than other people do, but none of them know this. The key is to exercise less. The less time you spend in the gym, the more rest time your muscles have to heal. Letting them heal is the only way they will grow.
Three to four hours in the gym each week is ideal. Each workout should not last more than 1 hour.
