How To Fast To Lose Weight Fast And Keep It Off Forever
It is easy to lose weight fast by fasting. All you have to do is stop eating. But what’s stopping you from putting that weight back on once the fast is over? What will have changed? Your stomach is full and you’re completely satisfied – but the amazing thing is that you’ve only eaten about five or six ounces of food!
Warning!!!! You now have to be aware and careful about two things. First, your eyes will be much bigger than your stomach for several weeks – until the binge habit is gone. And two, you can feel disappointed that you get full so quickly when you were expecting a big post-fast feast. That’s fat, flawed thinking. Don’t fall for it. If you eat more than full too often, you’ll stretch your stomach again and all your good work will be lost.
