The problem is that most people don’t just drink 1 can every few days. It’s more like they drink a can every day. Each can of soda can contain up to 150 empty calories. Other drinks can contain even more calories. Water is the greatest source because it contains no calories. Once you start working out, you won’t even want water at first.

Fat Buster #2-

The next thing that can help burn fat is to make sure you start eating smaller and more frequent meals. The great thing is that you will be eating more often than you ever have before. By eating much more often, it keeps your metabolism burning calories at a high rate. This is important because any time your metabolism slows down, it won’t burn calories as quickly. Each meal you eat should contain around 450 calories, but it also depends on how much you weigh. You can search the Internet for calculators to help you determine your calorie intake.

Fat Buster #3-

The last thing you need to do to burn more fat starting today is to become more active. Obviously, eventually you will want to start working out and do some form of cardio. But you can start losing weight by doing things as simple as cleaning out the garage. Make it fun and pick a sport or activity you like and give it a go. Anything that gets you moving around without thinking too much will help you trim your waistline.
