There are a few steps you need to take to easily and quickly increase your muscle mass. This article will reveal the best ways to go from thin to full and muscular as quickly as possible.

To increase your muscle mass and stimulate muscle growth, you must do some form of weight training. This will tell your body to increase the strength and size of your muscles.
