How I Lost 60 Pounds in 120 Days

Being overweight can be a real downer for people with this condition. It can have an adverse effect on a person both physically and mentally. I understand. I’ve been there. The only way you will lose weight is to actually want it bad enough. No matter how you want to do it. If you really don’t want to do it, you will fail every time.

Now I will tell you how I lost 60 pounds in 4 months.

What did I eat?

I eat chicken. I eat lots and lots of chicken. Fish is also an option, but I can’t stand the taste of fish. So I stuck with the chicken.

How often do I eat?

I eat 8 times between the time I wake up and the time I go to bed. I eat small portions 8 times a day. It is difficult at times. I will take a sandwich bag with the allocated portion to work with me. I have to find 5 to 8 minutes to eat in the time interval. If you really want it bad enough, you will find the time to do it. I flavor the chicken by cooking some on the grill and some in the oven. Nothing is fried.

I also eat vegetables. the green one. I will eat green beans, peas, snow peas etc. I will put a little bit of balsamic vinegar to add a little flavor. When I’m tired of vinegar, I eat them empty. Most people don’t know the taste of fresh vegetables.

I also make it a point to drink lots and lots of water. I cut out all soda and alcohol. To flavor the water, I just squeezed in a little lemon juice.

I did this for 4 months. Weight loss. I started out at a weight of 275 lbs. I’m 6’1 “. That’s a lot of extra weight to carry around. If the back could talk. It would tell you how painful it is from going around all that belly fat. This weight loss is down to 215 pounds in Month 4. This is all without exercise .

Is this possible?

By eating at set intervals several times during the day, you are reprogramming your body. When you go along with this plan, your body goes from storing fat to storing nothing at all. Then they start using the stored fat because they think that this fat is no longer needed. You eat your body often so you don’t need to store fat for a rainy day. In fact, you’re feeding so often, your body doesn’t see any reason to keep the fat you have and start burning it.

During the spring and summer, I was a new person. My neighbors thought I was sick. I had to explain to him how I did what I did.

It works for anyone who will make up their mind from scratch to do it. I know it works. I’m done.
