3. Lose Fat- While I haven’t seen my weight on the scale go down yet, I know I’ve lost fat (and gained muscle) with this workout because my clothes fit better. My jeans are now very easy because before I was squeezing myself into them and lying in bed just to zip them. I also didn’t change my diet which I knew I needed to do to see more, better results from my workouts. So, even if my scale doesn’t change, I don’t know. And the most important thing at the end! My next goal is to change my diet to a no carb, mostly vegetable diet so I can see faster results in the future.
