A Cheap Soda Killer For Super Charged Weight Loss

Bring 8 cups of water to a rapid boil, then bring to a boil while the rest of the ingredients are poured in.
7 hibiscus flowers
5 whole cloves
4 tablespoons of honey
Boil the cloves and hibiscus for 10 minutes, then strain the mixture with a little ice or cold water to reduce to 12 cups of liquid and cool. This gives a purple mixture with a rich flavor. If you like, you can add fresh lime or lemon to increase the acidity.
Now comes the tricky part: How do you make it into soda? I bought a small soda charger. It’s the kind of thing you see in the old Three Stooges movies, they’re attracted to each other. You can find them at specialty stores or on eBay for about $30. They take small CO2 cartridges for charging and gas the soda. My niece loves this and asks to make “purple pop” every time she comes home. I’m happy to oblige as it keeps it out of the commercial stuff.
