Now I don’t believe this number is correct, 35% seems like a lot, and like many dieting claims I will take this number with a pinch of salt.

But there have been many studies carried out on green tea and many people have reported that it does not actually boost metabolism which will help to burn more calories. If you’re looking for a weight loss drink that has health benefits and causes you to lose weight then I would advise you to try green tea, but I’m not a fan of it. It is not to taste and I have not seen the effect of weight loss when I have taken it in the past.

4. Whey Protein

Taking whey protein alone will not only help you lose weight, it will make you feel fuller for longer and will also help you maintain as much muscle as possible while dieting. This should be everyone’s goal when dieting, quite often I find dieters don’t know what they are doing and end up losing fat and muscle. This leads to them not being happy with the end result because it’s just skinny fat.

If you’re tracking calories, then adding whey protein to your diet is a great way to get enough protein without breaking the bank. Whey protein is cheaper than similar foods. I recommend getting a good brand of protein so you get the amount of protein advertised on the packaging.

Coffee is a great drink for weight loss because it suppresses hunger and increases metabolism. It will also provide you with enough energy to get through a hard workout. Drinking too much coffee will make you dependent and will cause bad side effects. Personally I hate coffee, never liked the aroma or the taste. I also believe that it’s unhealthy and anything that gets your heart rate up is not worth it to me.
