Can the MUFA Diet Plan Reduce Belly Fat?

The Mufa Diet plan is very close to the 1200 – 1600 calorie Mediterranean style diet which emphasizes adding foods rich in monounsaturated fats. The best health benefit of the MUFA Diet Plan is that if you eat foods rich in MUFA, you will lose “belly fat.”

There are four categories of MUFA-rich foods:
