In fact, they sometimes have good results and these things do happen, and there is one thing in common as to why all of these diets are successful, and that is that they all cut certain foods out of their diets completely. The reason a raw diet is the best diet is because you eliminate everything from your diet and keep only the good stuff. As I said before, what you don’t eat is more important than what you actually eat. I mean, a lot of people are preaching raw foods, superfoods like they’re gods or whatever. I mean, you can eat anything until you’re blue in the face, but if you don’t treat the cause, you’re just not going to get better.

Let me explain what foods are most harmful to the body, because it is not necessary to be 100 percent raw to be healthy, you can do an intermediate diet and not overdo it, and be very healthy the rest of the time. your life For example, my mother is on an intermittent diet, and she has been younger for two years, because she has been so far.
