Desperately trying to lose that excess fat? Then I can suggest searching the web for Tom Venuto. You are probably wondering who this person is. Yes, Tom Venuto is the fitness expert who made his popular 340 page eBook called Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. He has also contributed many articles to bodybuilding and weight loss magazines and is considered an expert in Nutrition and Bodybuilding.
The eBook has a step-by-step guide to losing weight without the use of drugs or other supplements. One of the things I like about his guide is that he doesn’t use the drug to recommend any other bodybuilding or weight loss pills.
I have read many other weight loss books and many times, you find a recommendation to buy this weight loss pill or that bodybuilding equipment etc. Tom Venuto does not make any recommendations. They don’t recommend you take diet pills and most workouts don’t require access to a gym.
Like many others I was skeptical at first because I have tried tons of ways to try to lose that excess fat for years. I read several books on diet and exercise. I even bought some exercise equipment.
In the end, my body fat kept coming back and the worst part was that I even gained several pounds. I tried several diet methods that limited my food choices. Being a carnivore just didn’t fit into my diet program. Exercise is even the worst.

All of this is explained in layman’s terms and is easy to read. Tom gives you a real and scientific way to lose weight. He doesn’t guarantee you will lose weight fast but his method is tested and proven.
The guide is quite large, about 340 pages and not a large font size. It took me about a week to finish reading and start implementing my exercise and nutrition routine.
