Change Clothes

This step is really simple!

What many people don’t realize is that wearing tight clothing is the number one cause of muffin tops – which is why even the skinnier ladies among us can suffer!

When buying pants, underwear, or any clothing that covers the waist, it’s important to think about finding something that fits your body rather than what’s in fashion, or what your friends are wearing.

This change in mindset can be difficult, as it might add a size or change your style, but you’ll never look back once you start finding clothes that fit better and make you look amazing – no one needs to know. size after all.

Change Your Diet

Many weight problems are caused when the body does not get a balanced diet.

People who eat a lot of salty or sweet foods (especially microwaved foods that contain chemicals and processed foods) cause the body to store fat because it would be dangerous for the organs to try to process too much sugar and salt at one time.

The body keeps this fat to be used as energy at a later date, but if you keep loading yourself with other unhealthy foods, the fat never gets a chance to be used and the rest is built up on top of it.

Hula hoops are cheap and a lot of fun, which makes it easy for me to stay motivated to use one – it doesn’t even seem like a sport to me!

All you have to do is stand inside the hoop and hold it so that one edge rests on the back of your wrist, then rotate it with your hands and use a swiveling motion on your hips to try to keep rotating on your hips. . After releasing it, rotate it in the other direction and continue until you have completed about 20 minutes of hula.

Bright colors are great for engaging children. I like to encourage hula competitions to see who can go the longest, as it helps me get the best workout and impresses my competitors.

In addition to targeted exercise, I recommend trying to do about half an hour of general exercise each day.

Try not to let this daunt you though, I’m not talking about half an hour from being able to go out, it can be just going to stroll somewhere or do some hoovering.
