Many people get caught up in losing fat. They believe that they have to act a certain way and diet too much. Do you need to have a super solid nutrition program that does not deny you anything and keeps you full of energy while being able to eat a lot of healthy food. To me, that’s what a great fat loss diet should be all about.

Think about this, say you are driving a Ferrari, think that the Ferrari is your body. It is custom made with many working parts. Everything is above. If you treat Ferrari like a piece of junk, it won’t be able to perform at the top. This is your body. If you feed your body garbage and try to push it in the form of exercise, it will not give you the best performance. The same can be said for Ferrari. You wouldn’t put in 87 octane gas; you will give super premium to run smoothly without any problems.

A good fat loss nutrition program will allow you to consume carbohydrates, but only at certain times. We want to take advantage of when the body is very sensitive to insulin so that more carbohydrates will be used for energy or storage in the form of liver or muscle glycogen. However, there is one exception to this rule and that is if the person is overweight. If so, then I’m going to drop carbs almost entirely for a long time until I get lean. Fish oil intake has been found to lower LDL cholesterol, increase HDL cholesterol, improve cardiovascular function, reduce the risk of heart attack, improve cognitive function, and also help reduce body fat. Pretty powerful stuff if you ask me.

As you can see, you don’t need to kill yourself in the weight room or on a diet to lose weight.
