Lose Weight With Detox – Lose 10 Pounds in 10 Days!
Do you think you can lose weight with a detox? Well I can tell you from experience that you definitely can… if you know what you are doing. How much weight can you lose? Well, I usually lose a pound a day on a detox diet that lasts 10 days. So if you’re like me, you’ll lose 10 pounds in 10 days. I have done this cleansing program five times over the past few years. It’s basically a colon cleansing diet meant for health purposes, but it has unpleasant side effects that cause rapid weight loss. The plan I always use is the Lemonade Diet. It’s really quite simple.
Detox Plan
For 10 days you get calories strictly from special diet lemonade. You are not allowed to eat solid foods. But you should drink a lot of water.
How to Make Detox Diet Lemonade
1. Fill an empty glass with purified water.
2. Add two tablespoons of fresh lemon juice.
3. Add two tablespoons of maple syrup.
4. Add 1/10 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
5. Stir and enjoy!
Drink at least eight glasses of this lemon drink every day for 10 days.
In addition, every morning you should drink one liter of warm water mixed with two teaspoons of sea salt. This will cause a major laxative effect… and that’s the point of the detox regimen: to cleanse the bowels. Remember: Only a small portion of your body weight will be fat. The rest will be waste from the colon, and lose the valuable metabolism of increasing muscle mass (from a lack of calories). If you use this plan, make sure that after Day 10, you go back to solid food within a few days…otherwise, you could cause serious health problems.
Warning to the Wise
I’ll be honest, almost all of my friends who have tried this plan have quit within a few hours. It’s a grueling way to lose weight. And few people who last 10 days will gain all the weight back because let’s face it: a detox diet is a crash diet. There are easier ways to lose weight than to suffer through a strict detox plan. If you want to lose weight with a detox… just be prepared to gain it all back.
