Trust me, I totally understand that the minute you start on any weight loss plan you will want to see results in A DAY!! But the truth is there is no magic pill (even if you have read the false claims of all the scammers out there).

What you need to know is that you are not alone…

So many people are like you and many have lost weight successfully! And you know what they call a secret? He truly devoted himself to her and let nothing stand in his way. It doesn’t come without hard work, but people of all ages and sizes can change their bodies.

B) You are what you eat! This has got to be one of the best phrases ever. The truth is that what you choose to consume every day affects your body. It’s the real science of weight loss. I mentioned it before but because the math is very simple: Eat less food + burn more calories = lose weight.

I know what you’re thinking!

“Sounds simple”, but I also know that it is not (FYI I have battled weight loss all my life). For me, I have been following the same diet for a while now and it is the only real diet that has ever worked for me long term. I remember asking people in the gym what is the fastest way to lose weight in 2 weeks and I know that many of the answers will not be something that I can maintain for a dieting lifestyle. Some of these suggestions are completely absurd.

C) IMMEDIATELY! You guessed it! You should know that losing weight requires you to get physical. At first, your body may not like you, but as I said above, unless you can magically make a magic pill, there is no other way to shed pounds.

Exercise should be your friend.

And trust me, if you start to see results in 1 week, and especially 2 weeks, you will be very happy with yourself and will want to continue down this new and healthy path.
