There are some flashy diets out there that promise you will lose weight fast. While the diet described in this article will help you lose weight quickly, it won’t flash. There are no groups to join, no books to buy. What is this miracle fast weight loss diet plan? Cabbage Soup Diet!
The soup diet is based on the idea that people can eat soup and drink as much water as they want in combination with a strict diet of other foods. This should be done for seven days. Although this diet will help people lose weight, it is definitely not meant to be used as a long-term solution. The recipe for the soup is a combination of cabbage, onion, and tomato, seasoned with bouillon, a mixture of onion soup and tomato juice. Below is a list of seven days and what the dieter in this program can eat a day, keep in mind that for the whole day you can eat as much soup as you want.
Day one
· Eat as much fruit as you like, except bananas
· Drink unsweetened tea, black coffee, cranberry juice and water
The second day
· Eat as many raw or cooked vegetables as you like, except for sweet corn, dried beans, and peas
· Have baked potatoes with dinner
· No fruit
The third day
· Day One and Day Two combined eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want but no baked potatoes
Day Four
· Eat eight bananas
· Drink skimmed milk as much as you like
· Today is supposed to curb the desire for sweets
Day Five
· Eat 10-20 ounces of beef and a large tin or up to six fresh tomatoes
· Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water
· Eat soup at least once today
· Grilled or grilled chicken can replace beef as can grilled fish
Day Six
· Eat beef and vegetables today
· Don’t have baked potatoes
· Eat soup at least once today
Day Seven
· Eat all you want from brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice, and vegetables

· No bread, alcohol or carbonated drinks
