It sounds crazy, right? But think about it, what are the most popular “diet for weight loss”? Expensive shakes, smoothies, cookies, soups, cereal bars and more. Why overload your body with yet another chemical when there are so many other alternatives?
The best ways to control your appetite are much simpler (and less expensive).
Go for a walk or do some other exercise. People who exercise regularly eat less food.
Eat more foods that are high in nutrients but low in calories. Things that take a while to eat, like a crisp salad, fill you up more than something that doesn’t require a lot of chewing (like a greasy burger).
Eat slowly – you eat less.
