The reason for doing this is to boost your metabolism and keep it going for more than 24 hours at a time. The higher your metabolism, the more calories your body burns, thus helping you lose weight.
So if you are looking for a good weight loss program, keep the above points in mind. It will save you a lot of grief and you will achieve the body of your dreams.
